Stage 8b

Several new stages of lakeside, canal side and parkland
development have now been released – including nine
peninsula properties, each with a direct connection to the
lake – and the opportunity for a private jetty at the bottom
of the garden.

Ranging in size from 1301m2 to 7552m2, each section has protected views and extensive waterfront facing.
