Our plan change is complete and all development consents have been granted!!!

Three years of study and planning that have now cleared the way for construction to commence the task of providing a much larger Community Lake and Park.

We are now applying our efforts to the fiscal and planning matters that will deliver the Project and to the allocation of the resources that will be required to commence physical works.

The new Accessway in from Stranges Road to the central hub at the Lakehouse Restaurant will be one of the first construction elements together with providing for sale the first of the “lifestyle” allotments along this new access.

At the same time as the above works, the first stage of the Lake waterway extension will begin.

We are currently taking note of the interest being expressed for “lifestyle”, canal frontage and promenade home sites.
